Data Deletion

You can delete your Phyllo account and the data attached to it at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Phyllo → Settings → Delete account → confirm.

This deletes your plants, their care history, your registered devices and the photo files themselves, and signs you out immediately.

Export first, if you want a copy

Settings → Export my data produces a copy of your plants, waterings, registered devices and usage events before you delete anything.

Delete by e-mail

If you cannot access the app, e-mail [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or describe the Apple/Google account you signed in with. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What is retained

Transaction, billing and audit records (AI charges, purchases, consent records) are retained as required by law, in a form that minimises personal data.

Backup copies are purged within 30 days of deletion.

Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase are subject to Firebase retention settings and are not linked to your deleted account.
